hard to believe our little girl is one month old already! here are some of our favorite shots from these exciting past four weeks.... now that i have a grasp on motherhood, i'll try my best to post one new photo per week!

there aren't many surprises in life and so pat and i were happy with our decision to find out the gender of our baby the old fashioned way, on the day of her birth...that is until we registered and found out how limited the selection was for gender neutral nursery decor.

our frustration turned to excitement however when we enlisted the help of our talented friend and fellow artist, kristy scully. we simply chose the various fabrics and textures that we wished to incorporate into the baby's room and handed the reins over to kristy and her sewing skills...just look at what she created! the beautifully crafted window treatments, soft pillows, and crib blanket give the room a truly custom look - and at a very reasonable price!
