for those of you who may not know, i'm proud to report that ryan has successfully completed his first semester of culinary school. perhaps his own personal achievements inspired us to create such an elaborate dinner menu. no matter what the motivation, it was delicious and fun too! see for yourselves. we began with sarah's spicy shrimp cocktail complimented by mango-cilantro caipirinhas. patrick created a lemony squash and arugula salad that paired perfectly with the cake bread sauvignon blanc that we recently acquired. we transitioned to red, a pinot noir along with my "tuna-tini" layered with avocado mousse and adored with a wasabi olive. ryan completed the meal by wrapping asparagus in thin steaks and pairing them with mini twice baked potatoes. all of this was drizzled with a red wine reduction made from the brunello that concluded this fine meal.
i specialize in children and family portraiture. please contact the studio to learn more about my photography and the services that are available. i look forward to hearing from you!
